Product shelf-life ranges from 2-3 years. We recommend storing Formettā in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Formettā offers valuable benefits during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our formulation has been rigorously tested for quality and safety. Whilst many of our customers have been able to take our products throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, we advise speaking with your healthcare practitioner to check that our product is suitable for you.

For Swiss customers, we offer free shipping on all orders.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?2022-09-13T19:07:00+02:00

From our Swiss store we ship to Europe and UK via their corresponding local postal service. We do not use a private courier so shipping can take some time. We always do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. But sometimes shipping delays occur for reasons out of our control (busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions). Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact info@formetta.com with any queries.

All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes.

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact info@formetta.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we can’t accept any refunds for open packages. Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
