Right of withdrawal

These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers in the case of distance selling contracts, insofar as a statutory right of withdrawal exists under the applicable law (in particular EU/EEA and United Kingdom).



1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods; or
  • on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.


2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail):

You can use the sample withdrawal form below; however, this is not mandatory.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.



3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.


For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for the refund.


We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever comes first.



4. Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.


Costs of return shipment: You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.



5. Compensation for lost value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.



6. Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;
  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
