HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
You can order any number of Formetta 30-day supply boxes to be delivered on a recurring basis direct to your door. Your chosen order will be dispatched within 48hrs. You will then receive the same order every 4 weeks following the date of the original order. For example, if you commence your subscription on the 5th March, your next box will be despatched 4 weeks later (on 2nd April (or the next working day) and so on.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time at least 5 days prior to the despatch date. Simply make any changes by logging into your account. We will always do our best to make last minute amendments for you, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested within 5 working days of any despatch date. In the event you need to change, pause, or cancel your Subscription after the Despatch Date please do get in touch at info@formetta.com and we will resolve the issue for you. For all ongoing subscriptions your credit or debit card will be billed at checkout for your first delivery only. For ongoing deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis in line with your specified Recurring Order Date.
Please be aware that the delivery of International subscriptions (outside of Switzerland) is not via private courier and relies on the postal service of the respective country.

Just one concern I have with the product right now is its packaging. Designed to be user-convenient, I have some resistance to throwing out little pouches every day (all that adds up).
