Shipping

We offer free shipping within Switzerland for all orders over CHF 100. Order are shipped via Swiss Post and all orders are processed within 24-48hrs (business days only).

Returns

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact support@formetta.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Due to regulations, we can’t accept any refunds for open packages. Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
