Formettā’s policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges


Returns

We accept returns up to 10 days after the purchase date. If more than 10 days have passed since the item was purchased, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any returns.

Refunds

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received and inspected your returned item(s). We will also notify you whether your request for a refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Before contacting us about a missing refund, please check the records for your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal). It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted as credit card providers and banks often have long processing times.

Please contact your credit card provider and bank prior to getting in touch with Formettā about an approved refund not yet being received. You can contact us at info@formetta.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We exchange merchandise solely if it is defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@formetta.com if you believe your product qualifies for an exchange.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned merchandise. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If the value of the merchandise being returned exceeds 60CHF, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The cost of shipping exchanged merchandise back to you may be deducted from any refunds. The time it takes for you to receive an exchanged product may vary dependent on where you live.
